I just came across this website http://www.hardlyfamous.com/ and I was wondering if anybody here has ever had an unusual job?
In Ohio my husband and I were boat detailers. Maybe not so unusual except that you don't often see a Grammy shrink wrapping boats.
How about someone else?

I can't get that page to open!

Well, I guess my job is sort of unusual- I make graphics for the TV news. I cleaned fish for a living one summer- that was horribly gross.

My uncle takes people on horseback rides for a living- now theres a job!

I spent my summer inbetween Junior and Senior years in High School working in the fields with illegal aliens in California. I also picked peaches...I picked so many peaches and peach fuzz got into my eyelids, peach juice through my arm hair, my head hair, everywhere hair..ugh... and I haven't eaten peaches since. I made $3000 though that summer!!!! I invested it in the stock market

I am a certified animal sports massage therapist. Does that count as unusual?

It is the most rewarding thing I have ever done.

Yes, I think being a "certified animal sports massage therapist" definitely counts as unusual! Nothing wrong with it, but unusual for sure.

In college, I worked on a factory assembly line where I placed bar codes on Victoria's Secret perfume bottles, for eight hours non-stop. I lasted two days.
