Let us know the outcome. I'm finding fewer of those crazy tests with the smaller employers, just so you know. I'm also not applying with places that does anything online, too much work in my area to have to deal with that baloney.
I used to work there, but I messed it up. It's a really great company to work for, just keep in mind it's a big box store so your kind of a number. Good luck!
I've noticed fewer of those tests on applications, but came across a new thing at Sears. It was a half hour long virtual shift, where you interact and "work.". Honestly, if they could harness that for other jobs and industries, it'd be a much better system for applying. What better way to show you can do a job than by doing it.
somethings wrong here. The assessment I just went through said there was no time limit, yet when I came backto it after using the bathroom to finish it said "times up assessment complete."
I just filled out an online application for Swift. On the areas where it asks for salaries under each job in "work history", whether it be putting the hourly wage or yearly salary, a message pops up in big red characters with asterisks saying that my entry isn't valid. Lol. I hate online applications.
i was 59 when i first applied. what i learned is that it is the only place i am guaranteed not to get hired.
this is great if you are on UIB and want to stay there. btw im a college grad and polygot with a fantastic employment history, LOL.
