If a company expects you to work 12 hours/day, shouldn't they mention that in the interview? Not willing to work 12 hour days so have already been written up and looking for a new job.

I would think your working schedule would have been made obvious to you before you even started working? Did you already know you couldn't work a 12 hour shift?
Im in mexico city and working from 7am-8pm at times on an audit...outside of these trips its normal hours but you gotta be a team player when they pay you six figs.
I knew I couldn't work a 12 hour shift, so if they had mentioned it in the interview I would've told them I couldn't do it and it would've saved everyone the headache and wasted time. This is no where near a six figure job, strictly warehouse work.
The company did not set the proper expectations at the interview. I would look for something else also.

Did the job posting use words like "dynamic, challenging, fast paced environment with the possibility of non-traditional work schedules" or any combination of words thereof? If so, then you just didn't catch the hint. At many places this is the new norm.
Then again, many of the jobs I've had in my life, 10-12 hour days were more the rule than the exception. Is this a 5 day a week job? If so, that's kinda brutal. Personally, I would love a job that consisted of four 10's or three 12's and a 4. That's just me though. What's the overtime pay rate?
12 hour shifts are very common at warehouses and many will say in the job ad that overtime is mandatory. I find it hard to believe the info was not there for you before you started the job.

Job didn't list any of those words or non-traditional work schedule, etc. Yes, it's a 5 day work week but they want you coming on Saturdays a lot too for another 8-10 hour day. Overtime is time and a half, the norm.

Have worked in warehousing for decades and 12 hour days were never the norm. If fact they didn't want you working more then 10 hours/day due to safety reasons, forklift operation and other machinery. The info was not there, was told by several people during hiring process the hours were 9-5:30. Sometimes they had mandatory overtime, but no more then 10 hours and that would last for a little while. This is 60+ hour work week.
