I'm not that concerned about my manager. I do my job and leave. As long as my paycheck comes, I'll let my boss' manager deal with my boss. I have better things to deal with.
I wouldn't say anything that I wouldn't already tell him. My current superiors are great.
If I had a problem with him that was so severe I'd want to lash out, I'd simply start looking for another job. No sense in staying somewhere that you're miserable. If I ever feel my boss is wrong about something significant or regarding me, I have no problem pointing it out.
Basically the:
"Listen, xxx is why I don't agree with this, but you are my boss and if you want me to do it, I have no issue doing it."

Same here. I'm not a "yes man" and my boss is not a tyrant; if I disagree about something, I tell him what I think and why (and he knows I'll tell him what I think). Sometimes he changes his mind about something, sometimes he doesn't. At the end of the day my job is to do what the boss expects me to do. I don't agree with every decision he makes, but I certainly respect him as a boss.
My boss is a liar and a beeatch so it will be "Eff you beeatch"
