Default dental/vision for self employed?

Hi I am looking for dental and vision coverage for myself and my family. I am a self employed entrepreneur, living in Pennsylvania. Thank you in advance for your help.

It might behoove you to belong to an association that offers these types of beneifts to their membership. Example, we are in the tech field and are members of IEEE and ASM. They have health insurance as well as dental, vision. I also belong to ASTD who offers the same.
