Didn't we cover this topic within the last week?
I personally don't care one way or the other.
I know some women have a really tough time with this issue but others don't.
The biggest problem I see with it are those who will abuse the situation.
Oh, good grief! If they get sick leave, they can use it for whatever they want. What is next...PMS leave? No, women should not get "extra" leave for these issues. Take some Midol and suck it up like their mothers and grandmothers had to.

No, if it's so bad it interferes with life, there is a bigger issue that needs to be addressed, medically, nutritionally, or psychologically.
I would like to know when it became ok to talk about your period at work. With everyone. I'm a woman and I've NEVER talked about my period at work. Ever. Yet I know when every single one of my female coworkers are on their periods. Eeewwww. TMI. Plus, what am I supposed to do with that information? Not give them work? Let them leave early?
My husband knows when his female workers are on their cycle. He just ignores them, but still....why is it even a topic?
No. Let them use sick leave. Or give men equal time off cuz they get cranky and self-centered on a regular basis, too.
