My bowels know no time restrictions. Motility is but a bodily function and there is no halting it unless taking a drug such as Lomotil or Imodium. Why would you do such to yourself?

Nope, I gotta take a crap boss. I don't know if it is a small pinch or 20 feet of intestines wanting to exit right now, therefore I have no ETA concerning my cubicle.

Why not use porta johns for cubicles?

There is no way you can be serious.

Way back I worked for company which required you to use your time card to clock out and back in for potty break,no penalty if no abuse. When I started with Bell in '55,the foreman would comment if you didn't shave or needed a haircut, dirty clothes, even had shower and locker available.times have changed!! Not necessarily for the good, more pride back then.

This makes me laugh. I can't work for someone who makes me punch a clock, let alone time my bathroom breaks. I would not be there long at all.

Yep. And in 2014 people complain about how "regimented" they are at work.

Yeah, I wouldn't last at that place. Even if it was a good job, see ya. That's ridiculous. If they are doing that for bathroom breaks, they better do it for smoke breaks.

This violates OSHA's regulatory standard under "Sanitation" which allows access for employees to use the restroom without constraints. A call to OSHA and slap a penalty. Easy enough.

If people are "abusing" the bathroom and not doing their job then fire them. Resorting to time limits and sing in sign out sheets is just a sign of sorry management.
