Did your employer verify your degree?

I had to provide official transcripts showing my degree and the date it was conferred, plus a copy of my state license (license to practice, not driver's license - though I had to show that too!)

I don't mean so much her but the person checking her should have noticed no masters degree as she said she had.

I had to provide a copy of my diploma, and then the company asked the school for my transcripts once they began my background investigation.

Every large company I worked for farms out background checks to companies that do this sort of thing and they do the checking. For a defense company they even verified my high school diploma and I was already 30 with an MBA.
