You are having an extraordinary number of interviews. I think that while no one can predict the future, your odds of finding something that is a better fit is reasonably good.
Also, a job that is at least 1 hour away from your current location will make it extremely tough to interview for other positions, even beyond the normal "it's tough to take time off at a brand new job" stuff.
If you have enough money to cover your expenses for another 2-3 months (counting in your part time earnings), I'd invest in yourself and hold out for something better. If you are truly running out of money and are at risk of not being able to make the rent and pay your bills, you may have to suck it up and accept the offer, even knowing you might quit shortly if one of your pending things comes through. That's not great, but it's certainly not unheard of.
I am surprised by the number of interviews also. I am thinking probably because the company that fired me previously hired me back for the part time job, so it looks better on my resume. I also obtained a professional license in my field this year, too.
I turned down the job offer. I can't believe I did it, but in my gut I feel it is the right decision at this time. Certainly risky, but I do have a little bit of money left and also lots of family support if I ask for help. Thanks everyone for your help.
It sounds like the right decision from my perspective, particularly since it was so far away!
