I came recommended to this company by a Physician and within one day I was hired. St my 3hr interview the site manager and site supv. Both knew of my experience limited to mobile schedule coordinating for MRI/CT only. This was a full facility capable of more than my scheduling experience and they hired me me. 33 dys into my probation I was told I needed to get protocols in order (meaning certain days for certain exams) which I did fulfill up to nowbut two dys ago I was let go as a layoff for unemployment benefits and told due to company increase in volumne comming my call time was not meeting expectation. The separation form was dated the next day and I was given payment to that day plys vac hrs accrued. How do i put this on my resume at my age single and needing to work until retirement availability. Please advise of what to expect from this type of discharge.

Agreed, 33 days is not enough to include, especially since it's a negative to not pass probation. Regardless of the reason (such as layoff) potential employers will be put off by such a short run.
