"Preservation" -- not "reservation."

You preserve abandoned and foreclosed homes for a bank. I imagine financial institutions already have a list of go to people for this type of work.

Orders and coordinates the preservation of all vacant properties with outside contracts within Client, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and investor guidelines. Monitors the preservation orders to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with local ordinances. Reviews daily reports to monitor if insurance claims need to be filed and then files necessary insurance claims and tracks for payment. Maintains records to audit contractor performance. Coordinates and orders inspections on properties when necessary. Approves and facilitates the payment on vendor invoices within required guidelines.

Essential Functions:

• Orders property preservation work on all vacant properties with outside contractors within required guidelines
