You preserve abandoned and foreclosed homes for a bank. I imagine financial institutions already have a list of go to people for this type of work.

  • Monitors work orders to ensure completion on maintenance in a timely manner and within required guidelines
  • Process invoices for payment and ensures that the work was performed with required guidelines
  • Distributes invoices and supporting documentation to proper personnel
  • Handles the ordering of grass cuts and maintains list to ensure that proper yard maintenance is completed within required guidelines
  • Orders special inspections as necessary
  • Handles winterization of vacant properties and maintains list to ensure that vacant properties are maintained during hazard weather months
  • Ensures that the mortgagors and investors are notified of work required on the properties
  • Reviews daily reports to monitor if insurance claim needs to be filed
  • Files and tracks insurance claims for payment
  • Coordinates evictions when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Maintain a professional attitude and atmosphere within the department
