I have advised a individual to see nurse out of contracting hours , am i fine in doing so , as there shift is night shift and i have requested he see the nurse at four pm

We have occupational nurse on site from 7 to 4 , the individual starts work at 10 pm , can i inform him to see nurse out of hes contracted hours , ie coming into work to see nurse at 4pm when it is hes own time , thanks

You should probably ask someone in your company, probably HR or your supervisor.

Really, a bunch of random people on the internet who have no idea what company is involved and no knowledge of that company's rules or policies are not going to be able to give you an answer you can use. We can speculate. We can offer examples from our own experience. We can make stuff up. But we cannot provide an answer that will help you because just don't know what your company's rules are.
