Its been a week now. My only communication with them is email because they did not indicate any phone number.

Should I send an email to follow up or if not, how long should I wait for them to make me sign?
You may not actually get a mailed offer letter. I have on most occasions, but for my last position, I received an offer letter by e-mail which gave me some benefits info, salary info, and a start date. It was contingent on a background investigation; however, the assumption was just that I should plan on showing up on the start date for orientation unless I hear otherwise.

I brought a printed copy of the e-mailed offer letter to orientation and it was signed and collected at that time. I received no additional correspondence from HR from the day I verbally accepted the offer to three weeks later when I started.

If you haven't heard back, how do you know they even received your email accepting the offer? I'd get on the phone.

I'd agree. If you did not verbally accept, you need some type of verification that they have received your acceptance. Call them.

Definitely give them a call, now. Your email for all you know could have ended up in their junk mail, so they don't know you accepted!!

Thank you so much for the opinion. Appreciate it. I send a follow up email regarding this and pressure them a little bit that if I dont hear from them again I will consider another option. They replied and told me that my first email got lost and good thing that I sent them another email again. They are preparing my offer letter accordingly and they will contact me soon.
