Not enough jobs for too many people. I guess you could say the topic. However, note I don't have any cold hard facts nor sources for this.

We live in a time where jobs get shipped to countries like India and China and sometimes, illegals and those on a work visa get hired than American workers. Then in two decades, a majority of jobs will be taken over by robots.

I have applied to close to 2,000 job's in 8 months with only about 15 job interviews and only maybe five interviews. I think starting your own business is the way to go or having some type of technical degree.

But then you have to pursue customers like you would pursue employers, plus you have to pay for the good you're selling or supplies for the service you're providing somehow, plus living expenses while you look for customers. Someone no one wants to hire is in the least comfortable position to start a business, because you need connections and marketable skills to do that successfully, too.
