It would be a mess, everyone would want Sunday off and claim they were going to church whether they were or not. It is not right for certain people to have to work every Sunday because of church. This is just common sense in retail that weekend work is required, no exceptions.

This is true. Years ago, DH and I had a small bakery. We were open Sunday morning, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We had a baker, an older gentleman, who had no qualms about working Sunday, because he was atheist. He was the most sacreligious, blasphemous guy when it came to God, the Bible and the Christian religion. Not mean, but he just really made fun of it. DH, who had been raised uber-fundie, LOVED him (but that's another story). The cake decorator would not work Sunday, so I filled in. When we were looking for a counter sales girl for Sunday, we interviewed a young lady, a high school senior, who really wanted the job. We asked if Sundays were a problem, and would her parents be upset with her missing Sunday School and church? She assured us that no, there was no problem...until that first Sunday when her mother insisted on picking her up three hours into her shift for church. The mother was NOT happy that we required her daughter to work Sundays.

I never said it was "proof" I said I "believe" and this is part of the reason why.

Ok, it was the basis for your belief and you didn't mention any other reasons.
Pretty weak basis, don't you think?

Not really. It's more sound than Global warming.

Yep, you've just discredited yourself entirely.

When one has lost the argument and has nothing to say he always speaks against the winner!

Belief is not fact.

This has the appearance of seeking offense where there is none.

No one has claimed it was a fact. I posed this thread as a question to make sure no one could make such false claims.

If you don't have anything on topic to discuss why must you resort to silly personal attacks that have no effect? And why do so many here do that? Reminds me of middle school.

Someone doesn't know what defines a personal attack.
