Never had a job? Started a business right after she got her degree?

Do you work for a plumbing firm?

It would all dependent. What type of job you are applying to, the size of the firm to which you are applying, the type of business you were in, and what your degrees are in.

A huge multinational firm can afford to hire the best people for every type of position. In a small firm, being able to hire one multifaceted person -someone with a core competency and secondary or tertiary competencies is a plus.

What kind of job are you applying to? Is it related to your business? The question is too vague to give much of an answer (and frankly it seems a bit sophomoric to ask this question especially if you have a PhD).
