You realize people have a life and other things to do besides and outside of work?!.
I do a ton of things outside of work, and have plenty of time to do them. I have hobbies, outside activities, and many friends and family that I spend a lot of time with.

Successful people are ALWAYS hard workers. Some people have the opportunity handed to them, but they wouldn't be successful themselves with out hard work.
I hope you get a job with 100 hour workweek with no weekends and holidays off. Enjoy it and then you will remember me
I had that when I ran my own business. Did rather well, it's put me in a position where I'll likely be retiring at 50 to focus on my golf game and a possible run at the senior tour - all while being able to attend every one of my kids' events and take some pretty sweet vacations with the millions of frequent flier miles and hotel points I have stacked up.
Sorry though, I won't remember you - I'll be having too much fun.
In the meantime, you may want to consider living the message you espouse.
Job B. Job A sounds too laid back and uninteresting judging by the way you have described it, but maybe I just like a moderate to high stress environment and a nice paycheck .
There are a few more life-based variables involved in making the decision.
Where do I live?
How much debt do I have?
Do I plan on having more kids?
Is my spouse in a stable job?
Based on my situation today, I'd go for Job A. It's still a great pay raise, and offers tremendous work/life balance. Had you asked me this question 10 years ago (when we had more debt, and two kids in expensive daycare), I'd have said Job B.
Job A - $65,000 with 5 weeks of paid vacation, 10 paid holidays, unlimited sick days, 35-40 hour work week, low/no stress job.
Job B - $90,000 with 2 weeks of paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, 3 sick days, 40-50 hour work week, medium-high stress job and pressure.
I'd pick Job A if I were you. That's because I can tell based simply on this question that you're more focused on "how much can I get paid for doing the least amount of work with the most time off?" And before you shoot out an angry reply about that, I'm just being honest and you should be honest with yourself, as well. If you actually cared about, you know, the actual job, then you'd have told us details about that instead. But all you're telling us is "one pays less but is really cushy and the other pays more but I'd have some stress." Fine, then take Job A.
