What do think the minimum wage should really be??????????????/What is fare pay for everyone from bus boys , Gardner's, gas pumper attendants, deli help' etc............................

That McDonald's hamburger just went up from $2.50 to $6.00. Business owners aren't going to loose anything out of their pockets when the minimum wage goes up; they are going to get the extra money from the consumer. So as the minimum wage goes up, consumer products goes up, which means the worker is no better off for receiving a higher wage. It's economics pure and simple. This is not to say that the worker doesn't deserve the higher pay, but it's a no win situation as long as greedy business owners are lining their pockets. And that, my friends, will never change as money makes the world go round.

Westchester, I believe that if you have ANY ambition, you won't be making minimum wage for very long. And proper spelling, capitalization and punctuation will increase your chances of earning more...

$10/$8 should be AFTER taking out for taxes, bennies, etc.
