update supervisor spoke to manager and stated other coworker and i are getting a raise thru my efforts. he stated dont ask him how much i'm at $17 i want $22 due to the high cost of beefits costing me $670 a month its killing me i requested $23 and $20 i believe will calm me down for all the hassles but $18 and $19 and hour does not do it for me.

I think it is funny that employers complain about how much notice an employee gives when they can let an employee go at any time without notice. At least the employee is giving a notice you should be grateful for that. Many times your new job will want you to start before two weeks so you have no choice. A lot of employers these days are entitled.
