It was a mistake I made and now I'm dealing with it. I've already accepted the fact that I might not be reconsidered for the position, since I am the one who turned them down and I am still applying to other positions.
To the poster who asked if I was young or have been sheltered the answer is no to both. I did talk to several people who told me to contact the agency back as well people who actually did this and it worked in their favor. Your answer will always be no if you don't ask, is my motto.
GS job emailed me back and said I was still being considered.
