I applied to this position a week ago and I noticed that at the bottom of the job post, they added *LI-AP1. I've seen this code elsewhere as well but I'm curious if it's some kind of well-known code within HR?

Here's a link for anyone wondering:
Leadership Development Specialist Jobs in Cherry Hill, NJ - NFI Industries (Corporate)

Thank you.

Could just be the requisition number for the job internally.

Thank you for your response. I tried googling the code and it's on other job openings for this particular company, as well as many other companies.

I don't think so. It seems like some sort of code that these HR folks seem to use to symbolize something.

But thank you. Just curious, that's all.

It seems more like a classification but I couldn't find anything either.
