I had two offers from good companies A & B.I was interested for both but more interested for Company B. I decided to go with Company B and rejected the Company A offer at the last moment. I conveyed the same to Company A recruiter and he was OK with it and din't tell anything. He is a nice recruiter. After joining Company B, I felt that this was not mine proper place, as Company B were not according to their commitment. I now feel regret for rejecting the Company A offer. After few weeks (20 days), I called Company A HR and asked if the same position exists and I am ready for the position and asked for sorry for the inconvenience caused. He asked me the reason for rejecting the offer at last moment. I told him, that opportunity seemed to be more interesting to me for which I was wrong. He then told me that he will need to talk to other HR members regarding this. Its one day only I had talked to him and dint get a reply from his side. Should I wait or call him for the response?? If I am sure I will get Company A offer, then I wont search for another job else I have to. Iam keeping fingers crossed to get the Company A offer. Please Help me guys... Do I need to call the recruiter, or should assume that its my bad luck.... HR please .....help me.

Don't call the recruiter again if you've already called him. He has more than one conversation that needs to happen - give him time to have them and get back to you.

If you don't hear from him by Friday afternoon, call him then and say you just wanted to check in with him.

Good luck, I hope it works out. However you may fall into the same trap at company B. Jobs aren't always what they seem and can take an adjustment period. I would have to say in your circumstance I wouldn't hire you for company A. You rejected me already and are calling in desperation.

Thanks... But I dint get any feedback from the recruiter. Its 2 days now, I called the recruiter for reconsideration. Anyways I will call him tomorrow, just to check in. ... I really did a terrible mistake.
