You should have been assertive and cleared the air immediately. Maybe you can set up a meeting with him to "clear the air?"

After the PIP has been given? I think it's too late...

OP, keep us updated, please! I'd love to see if you take any of these suggestions and what the outcome is.

Delete - Deny - Distance

If you did post the review delete it! Deny and distance yourself from the post, even if you didn't post it.

Go talk to your boss and clear the air. Next time something like this happen be direct and ask. Much better than wondering and making it worse in your head.

Did the co-worker blab the review to someone else and the boss overheard or did the boss read the review himself and assumed it was you? or (worse) the co-worker straight up told the boss?

Is the review real specific?

I would try to delete the post and deny it was you. I doubt your company would go all the way and find out from Glassdoor and your ISP if it was you or not, they would just let you go for some reason to make it seem legit. Waste of time and money otherwise.

Sorry OP, but I think the damage might be done here.

Deny it.

There will always be trust issues, even if you don't get fired. You will be walking on eggshells to not get a PIP.

Now you know not to trust everybody around you. It's time to start looking for a new job. You want to leave, before you are fired. If future employers call your old employer, they will ask if you are eligible for rehire.

Probably a smart move! I hadn't heard of Glassdoor before reading this thread, but I wouldn't dare leave a negative review of an employer on any public site, regardless of whether I can write "anonymously," when I'm still employed by that person/company. That just seems to be asking for trouble.

So let me get this straight. Your employer might **** can you for a review on some website that you didn't write? I would get as far away from that place as I possibly could. You got thrown under the bus by somebody in your department. These are not the people you want to spend half of my life being around.
