Salary could pay as much as $97,000, depending on the employee's experience.

SEATTLE -- King County officials hope to flush their potty problems with hiring of a new bathroom czar.

The so-called "Comfort Station Coordinator" will be responsible for finding easily-accessible restrooms for roughly 2,600 bus drivers throughout the county.

"requiring a number of years of experience." Predictable .

So only your most experienced "Comfort Station Coordinators" need apply...... lol

Looks like a pretty basic, well-paid, government gig for whomever lands it

Where does one get experience as a bathroom czar, I wonder? I hope they don't hire the person that did those crazy self-cleaning outhouses for the homeless a few years ago. At the Issaquah Transit Center there are restrooms (locked for use only by drivers) and nearly every bus driver that comes in there walks over to use it.

I remember the self cleaning toilet fail, that was in the days where everything "hi tech" had to be better. I'm sure that decision was made by someone much higher paid than our future "bathroom czar"

If this is truly necessary it should be a 12 month contract role, that's it. I could see full time for a year or so, then simply maintenance after that.
