My husband had three phone interviews with a company over a two week period, first with HR, then with a team lead, then with the VP in charge of the department he would be working in. After the last interview, the VP told him that the three interviewers needed to get together and would follow up with their decision. It's been about a week and a half and we were thinking of following up once it reaches the two week mark, but weren't sure who to reach out to out of the three people he interviewed with. Would it just be the last person he spoke with? The HR person? Or the person he felt he impressed the most (the team lead)?
