I had a phone interview. Then after that I was called for in person interview. The position I applied was for financial support analyst which doesn't require much of programming knowledge. The hr person called me now for another interview with IT department. What does this another interview mean? And my first interview went well with hr and manager
That's two interviews already, if they can't make up their mind I wouldn't want to work for such a company...would NOT be the way you want to handle this.
I can't think of any reason that somebody interviewing for a non-technical financial support position, would have the 2nd round go through the IT dept.
The HR rep may have misspoke or confused you with another candidate.
Perhaps there was a change in management and they want to interview you again. Perhaps they couldn't quite figure out if you were a good fit for the position so they want to interview you one more time. Perhaps they narrowed it down to you and one other person so they are bringing you in for a final interview.

It means you have another interview and nothing more than that at this point.
