The courts have now ruled that it is legal to spank an employee as long as company policy applies the spanking to both males and females. Do you think your company will take up the practice of spanking employees?
To be honest, your post is deliberately misleading. The ruling doesn't say it's legal to spank employees, it merely stated that the woman who sued did not suffer sexual harrassment from the "spanking" because it was applied equally to both male and female employees who were willing participants in the exercise. She chose to participate, her boss didn't just walk up and start smacking her without permission.
I recently used corporal punishment on my secretery for consistantly coming late to work. She is onle 19 and was terified of loosing her job so she accepted the punishment
I don't care what country... What political regime i am living under. Absolutely nobody.i repeat nobody is going to touch me physically at my workplace to spank me.
Let them try. I will rip their head off. I will chew it and spit it out. Then i will stalk that idiot's family and rip them to threads in the same manner. I will make wolverine look like a saint. Are you people for real? What are you on this morning?

Um...not sure what to say about this one. I can only imagine what you mean by "corporal punishment."
Using that term in the thread title was pretty misleading. My guess is that the "spanking" was more akin to playful swatting than actual "punishment".
Emotional, mental spankings/torture are far more painful!
