I have got an outstanding colleague at work whom is very kind, helpful and competent in her job.

Whenever I have problems, i always turn to her for help, in contrast, I can't talk to my team leader because my team leader is a control freak, micro-manager and too domineering.

but she feels overloaded and tired and i am really worried that a real talent would leave the company, how can I help?

I guess you can talk to her about it, but she needs to do what is best for herself, not what is best for you.
