i am in a similar position right now. i have a great job in terms of benefits and pay but my boss is giving me work that was not in the job description and really beyond what i am able to do. i am falling more and more behind on my own work b/c of all these "extra" projects she wants me to do. things are getting tense between me and my boss and i am pretty much ready to walk out.
Don't put "co-ordinator" in your job title. You are a web developer, or a front-end developer, or marketing manager - however you want to pitch yourself. Or make three resumes, depending upon where you are applying for a job.
If you work in a city where you are expected to dress up for an interview, start wearing interview clothes to work, so they won't say, "Oh! Job hunting are we?"
Start taking long lunches, so when you are out interviewing, it won't be noticed. You won't get fired for taking a long lunch once every week or so.
$16/hour is peanuts. You can make way more than that.
Your physical health is a serious problem, but it's due to the stress of you taking on all the assignments they hand out. That's entirely under your control. Quit worrying about whether your boss thinks you are doing a good job. It seems that you are still trying to please your parents/get a good grade in school/be a "good girl". You're a grown-up now. Your main thing is to develop expertise in the area you want to focus on and then go out and get a decent job.
Your current job will never work out. They have no respect for you, and the longer you stick around, the more confident they are in their assessment of you as a patsy.
You are lucky, though. Most people that I graduated with had to volunteer to get their first development work experience, and you are getting paid. It's almost impossible to get good work with no experience, so take advantage of this opportunity.
