I currently work 24 hour's plus. I am hoping down the road to get full time. Been able to work additional two 8 hour shifts or 1 12 hour shifts to make sure I have between 36-40 hour's over the summer. However, dwindling back to 24 hour's again.
Offered a per diem position at a location close to home. Figured can work additional hour's working at this new location. Meaning I could possibly pick up less shifts at my current employer.
You think not picking up shifts at current employer can be a big factor in my growth with the company?
