Well if you are being put on the chopping block twice for misconduct then you have to look at yourself and see what you are doing wrong.
You are either being lewd with words, sexuality or disrespectful to other co-workers.
Are you always making little jokes no one else gets?
Do people pause for a minute after you are done talking?
Can you feel the eyes burning in the back of your neck as you are talking on the phone or stealing someones desk supplies?
Anyone correct me if I am wrong but I don't think you get unemployment if you are actually fired.
If your manager is not telling you what exactly is wrong, then I wouldnt think you need to worry too much. If he/she really wants you to improve at work, I am sure they will tell you your "work-up-on" areas, be it soft skills or anything else.
Be very cautious though. Can you set-up a meeting with your manager again and explain him that unless you know what your mistake is you feel lost?
it certainly sounds fishy to me. If i were doing something wrong, i would certainly want to know what it is so i could correct it. I'm the kind if you have an issue with me, come to me first, don't do this snitching like a 5yo crap.
Then again, as others mentioned, the whole thing could be made up.
This was about a job I held in the past, one reason I like working part time and collecting unemployment.
What New is saying is that there appears to be a trend with you working somewhere, and getting the same reaction. If I were you I'd look into changing something in my work habits that sets people off. Two of these types of strange scenarios would make me look inward to see what the problem is.
