People involved in financial planning, especially those specializing in the elderly. There is a certain level of comfort among the elderly to hear about financial matter from someone who is fairly well aged.

Pilot. Pay rises with time in service to the company, so the last few years are by far the highest-grossing years as well. Schedules improve dramatically with seniority, and choice of domicile gets better, and also it's easier to get on the plane you want to work on. Basically paid more to work less on better equipment and live in a more desirable area. Also all that experience and wisdom can come in very handy. The ever-changing technological changes to the job and work environment aren't an issue as training is so damned regular and regimented.

pilots need super great vision - both distance and night. Assuming one has won the genetic lottery to have perfect vision at age 20 (usually myopic at that age), vision declines noticeably by age 40
