if you're in a very low cost of living area- i would doubt they will give you much; especially with only 2 years of experience. I would also tread carefully- *everyone* is replaceable. Best bet is to look at some other companies and see what you can get.
Is glassdoor showing you salaries for your area, or just all over the US? You may be in the bottom tier in the US but that may be because of the low cost of living where you are. If you're in the bottom tier in your local market, I would definitely ask for a raise during the next performance review. If that's a long ways off, start applying for other jobs and bring it up once you get another offer. You could just get $150k at the gate with the new company. If your current company can't match it... then you have options.
