This.

Get up at 5, workout, head on in. 15-20 minute commute. I love getting to work early enough to take a breath before getting started. I cannot stand getting to work right before it's time to start.

I usually get up between 6-7am on work days. My work schedule can vary some. I used to have very early hours and would get up about 4:10 am. That was difficult each morning as I am more of a night owl.

Nope, and glad for it. It's hard enough dragging myself out of bed, getting ready and heading off to work. I couldn't deal with having to get children up and ready too!

No children for us. I work 3 days a week and have to be at work at 9AM those days. I work 9AM-6PM 2 days, 9AM-12PM the other day. My wife is self employed and her days are varied. She has to be at work at 7:30-8:00AM whenever she works, works a half day, then comes home and works the other half day on the computer. I'm a morning person and pop out of bed like a toaster around 4:30-5:00. Wife isn't and gets up about 8AM on her days off, 6AM when she works. I only exercise on my days off.

WFH so if I didn't have kids it's about 8am roll out of bed and sign in. Luckily kids don't have to get onto the bus till 845 for the next few years so we roll out at about 750am.

I don't know how those of you who wake up so early do it without giving up lifestyle. For one, it would completely take away my night time adult league activities since it sometimes runs till 11pm and of course you can't go to bed soon after because of adrenaline. My wife has to go to bed by 1030pm due to her waking up early for the commute.

I work roughly 9 to 5:30, live 20 miles from work and wake up (aka get out of bed) sometime around 7:45. When I have to be there at 8 I wake up around 6:15 because the traffic is that much worse an hour earlier.
