I almost never use Faceb**k, but when I did, I said only positive things.

Take a screenshot of their posts, print it out, and leave it on your supervisor's desk.

What is the point? No one said these people are calling the boss a dbag or bragging about stealing staplers or something. Are they posting pics of doing shots in the lingerie department and flipping the bird?

Come on. Don't encourage escalating immature behaviors as a solution. This kind of stuff turns bad all the time, and about the time those mean girls get fired, the OP's car gets keyed or sugar in the gas tank.

OP:

Take the earlier advice. More work, less talk. Eventually, one of the floor managers will see them goofing off and start monitoring their work. Heck, if you are a good employee, maybe you will be the manager soon.

It's my personal policy to not "friend" co-workers on social media. Yes, I have co-workers who are good friends but since I see them daily, there is no need to "friend" them on social media. When any of my co-workers sends me a friend request, I'll explain to them my policy and they are all totally understanding (at least that's what they say to my face ) . That's one of the reasons why it has to be across the board (even your real friends who happen to be co-workers).

OP, to lessen the drama and drama related stress in your life, unfriend your co-workers. At the very least, "hide" them from appearing in your news feed.

They come on Facebook later the night saying that the store was messy. I come in to work the next morning and my department is a big mess again. I know it was clean before I clocked out to go home. My name get called to get 2 carts of return done that they didn't bothered to do. It took me 20 minutes to get the returns done. They couldn't get it done cause they are too busy slacking off and running their mouth. I went to work yesterday. I was about to clocked out when I was asked to get another 2 cart of returns done. I was tired and said that I already worked my hours scheduled. I was on the floor working for 5 hours and my name didn't get called at all. Now they want me to get it done after I clocked out. I wasn't going to stay over and do another person's job that they supposed to do. The two females coworkers were clocked in to do their night shift. I saw them talking and laughing on the floor when I left the store. It is very sad that a supervisor failed to tell them to stop slacking off and work. They want to picked on another employee who is an easy target. I had to protect myself from being taken advantage of. I was able to say "no" and left to go home. I was told that I did the right thing cause the lazy employees get a free pass to do what they want to do. The hardworking employees get picked on. The 2 female coworker's Facebook status is very immature. They would say "I hate my job". I got an email from one of the female coworker getting an attitude with me. I don't talk to her at work. She is mad cause I told someone at work about her acting lazy and complaining. Other employees talk about her badly too. I told her that I will blocked her from messaging me cause she is messing with the wrong person. I did blocked her. My advices is that it is not a good idea to have your coworkers on Facebook. It can be very annoying to see their negative status complaining about their job everyday. They are lucky that they have a job to pay their bills. If they don't want to work, then they need to quit and stay home. I am at work to do my job, not another lazy person's work.
A Director in my department did that two years ago. He said he wanted to quit, word got back to the CEO and he wanted him removed from the premises when he found out. Fortunately cooler heads prevailed but he was only allowed to remain a few months more. He's been out of work over 2 years now.

That's my policy as well. Although I recently made one exception recently. No need to be Facebook friends if I see you everyday.

This is why I got out of retail quickly as possible. That whole business is terrible to workers.

Why are you trolling their Facebook pages to begin with? If you take other people's faults so personal then low wage retail and customer service probably isn't the best fit.
