A completely distorted view of themselves. Disconnect between what their employers want and what they provide. Poor social skills. In your case that doesn't mean the ability to talk to strangers. It's not picking up on social cues, or respecting personal boundaries. Not being flexible or trustworthy. Employees that do the blame game and spread negativity. Bad decision making skills is the root of most problems and people that exert extensive amounts of energy complaining but little in the way of improving.
I think those who "Expect" others to "Notice" them instead of making it plain they want to move up.
Those who think "It'll come to me" instead of going out and finding it (Lazy)
I just thought of one co-worker. She's hard to figure out, she won't "Deal with it" in regards to doing certain jobs. I called it "passive resistant" but it's probably passive aggressive" where she won't do a certain part of her job and instead of arguing, she just refuses to do it. No threats will work, complaining to the boss hasn't done anything and she's worked 4 jobs of a similar nature and never went higher than entry level.
