I'm kind of old and ugly so I can't really do that, but I know someone who does. He doesn't make that much but he has told me the ones who are the most popular can live off it. I don't know the exact amount they make though. This is especially doable in Eastern Europe or developing countries where expenses are lower. The ones in the US have to spend a lot of time "performing" though so it really is a full time job.
I don't think a lot of women pay money for things that men will pay money for, so it might not be a cash cow. I have seen people on Twitch who make a living gaming, but I think they might be students so their cash needs aren't that high. Or make a blog and get ad space that people can click on, you will make passive income. Maybe put together a couple of those ideas.
Depends if you're willing to cater to the gay market.
I guess I should have mentioned, your audience will be mostly male and some of the desperadoes watching will get emotionally attached to their favorite performers. This can be manipulated into extra earnings, though. (I don't mean off-camera meetings, just they can cater to their biggest fans to earn more money.)
Most of the most popular cam "models" (I will admit that I watch them enough to know) are either bisexual or bicurious, probably because you have to have a high tolerance for men lusting after you to be comfortable in the job. Some are straight though, as far as I know.
You're limited by how many times you can climax because that is what your audience wants to see. If you aren't at least top 20% in terms of looks, you're going to have a bad time. You can make some changes to help you get there, but genetics will put a hard limit on what you're capable of.
I have no clue if you're going to have to turn different household items into suppositories though...
