Do you IN GENERAL prefer a male boss or female boss? (careers, office)

obviously, you can have a major jerk boss of either gender, but, do you normally have a preference?

I have had male and female bosses and I can honestly say I prefer a male boss simply because they are suckers for a pretty young face. Honestly, I just feel that some men are more understanding and sympathetic towards women. Both male bosses that I have had if I said I needed to run out or would be a little late, they would ask if anything was wrong or if they could help me with something, all I had to say was no and they would say ok and that would be the end of it. Whereas the women bosses that I have had would give me a questionable look and would actually call me on my cell phone when I was away from the office

I guess itdepends on what she looks like. I wouldn't mind working for a lady that looks hot.
