Stomach Bug and Rule of Thumb to return? (work, coworkers, hours)

Hi, so since 7Am yesterday have had noticeable symptoms of the bug up until 4PM. Random nausea, cramps, a fever of 100 went down, and some vomiting up until 2AM. I work later today at 3PM. I feel better albeit some cramping.

28 and since I was 15 only called put twice in my life for work for food poisoning and pneumonia.

I really don't want to call out today. Think I should and return back Sunday to work?

Where do you work? If you work in a restaurant or in a health care/assisted living setting, you need to wait at least 48 hours after your last symptom.

Take another day off. You can still give this to your coworkers.
