For the past couple of months, I've started to get irritated with my manager, because she gets frustrated when people show up late to work, yet she's late ALL THE TIME. she says she could be late because her shift isn't a cover shift, meaning that if she's not there, it's okay, there's still other people to help.

She takes credit for everything, even if she didn't do it. she bosses us around like we were her minions.
I don't understand that if she seems that something's wrong, why doesn't she do it? Like, the other day she asked me to make some flyers about our grooming packages. So I did it. She comes in the next day and says she doesn't like it. In my head I told her "if you want something done right, do it yourself"

I'm her "second hand," but there's times that I don't even want to go to work because I know she's going to nag about something.

In September 2015, she announced that she was leaving the company to start her own business, and that I was going to be promoted as a manager, but just last week she told me she wasn't leaving anymore. I was so looking to this promotion because I know I could run the salon better than her.

I respect her, and l like working with her, but it's hard.

Should I bring this up to the store manager? I'm not the only one who feels this way.
Shes your boss. If you want to keep the job, then you have to listen to her.

People who manage to change their boss, coworkers, work environment, work culture, etc. are as rare as hen's teeth. Over the years I've come to the conclusion that you should accept a job as/is or look elsewhere. Trying to change things is a waste of time and effort.
