Is it possible to somehow turn off the "address is not recognized and msg non deliverable to recipient" for msgs sent to individuals not currently working for the company.

For example, say I send an email to an individual at a former company. The individual has left the company and typically the msg "address is not recognized and msg non deliverable to recipient" arrives in my inbox.

Can any company turn off this feature for emails sent to former employees at the company?
