Hey folks. I wanna know how many of you think that organizations can play a major role in creating an agile workforce and how can that be achieved?

Of course it can.
The way it can be done is dependent on many things but in general, it can be done (among other ways) through it's size and/or organizational structure.

That's all I'm giving you - fun question but I think you should do your own homework.

Best of luck.
