Complainers, trouble makers, slackers, bullies, sociopaths, inept people..yes..in corporate America these are the people that are rewarded. I've seen it my whole working life. Usually these people screw other people over (lie, take credit for other peoples work in sneaky ways, sabotage co-workers, etc.) to prop themselves up and the inept management above them does not know what it is going on.

I guess, 2 supervisor females were complaining of their work is too much at my work. and they were replaced by males.
