I just find it strange where so many especially on CD find these "horrible" employers. It's like they all work at the same places because I haven't worked anywhere that I would classify as "bad". Sure, poorly managed but they didn't force us to work more than our scheduled hours or force us to work like we were 3 people. Yes, sometimes we were short people, but the work load was manageable because if it wasn't, they would get a temp to fill in. It's like nurses here have 3-5 patients, when one goes on break, it goes up to 5-7 for maybe 1-2 hours.
My daughter three nights ago had 23 patients and having over a dozen is almost a daily occurrence.

In our state their are no laws about personal/patient ratios.

EyeB, just because you have had a life of certain experiences, you really need to open up your mind to what is going on with others.

Look at all the posts here, you can't deny it.

I guess you can keep on having a closed mind and thinking we are all lazy and don't want to work.

Times have changed, hard work no longer pays off as much as it use to, not even close.
