Not your problem. I would mind my own business and do my work. She's a minority who's been there over 30 years. She's not going anywhere unless it's in a pine box.
I normally don't care what others do in the office as long as they are getting their work done but our coworker complains about petty stuff others in the dept do yet I hear her talk a few times a week on personals calls for 2 to 3 hours. And on her work phone. Granted she has been hee over 30 years (and a minority) but how is it OK that we get talked to over stupid things but she can take 2 hour lunchs and be on long personal calls? I wonder if management is aware and just doesn't care.
I don't need to hear that it is "none of my business" such a cliche answer. It is my business if her calls come to me. She is working as she talks on the phone but she doesn't usually answer her calls but has issues when others don't.
You do need to hear it, because it's the truth. Looking both ways before you cross the road might be a cliche but it is solid advice. If what someone else is doing truly impacts your work, then tell management. If management doesn't care, update your resume and get another job.
like you said. shes a minority and gets all the privilege.
The OP should look for another job, and clearly ask during the interviewing process if the job has a requirement to work with minorities. The OP should also consider putting that on the resume too, "Prefer not to work with minorities" to save everyone else's time too.

I stopped here. It's obvious what the real issue is, or you wouldn't have felt the need to mention it.

Where I work, it's next to the exit where the smoking area is and I see the same people trudge in and out all day long. I often wonder how they get anything done but it's not my business so I live with it. You can't concern yourself with this woman abusing the system, it's not your business. By the way it's so nice to see racism is still alive and kicking on CD.
