Not your problem. I would mind my own business and do my work. She's a minority who's been there over 30 years. She's not going anywhere unless it's in a pine box.

I wonder if management is aware and just doesn't care.
Why is being a minority of any relevance?

You do need to hear it, because it's the truth. Looking both ways before you cross the road might be a cliche but it is solid advice. If what someone else is doing truly impacts your work, then tell management. If management doesn't care, update your resume and get another job.

The OP should look for another job, and clearly ask during the interviewing process if the job has a requirement to work with minorities. The OP should also consider putting that on the resume too, "Prefer not to work with minorities" to save everyone else's time too.

You answered your own question.

because, obviously, minorities are lazy and are protected and making it difficult for hard working real americans to pick up their slack.

I've done that before with our chatty Kathy coworker. I send the caller to her extension to interrupt her sexting marathons with her latest boy toy

I stopped here. It's obvious what the real issue is, or you wouldn't have felt the need to mention it.

Where I work, it's next to the exit where the smoking area is and I see the same people trudge in and out all day long. I often wonder how they get anything done but it's not my business so I live with it. You can't concern yourself with this woman abusing the system, it's not your business. By the way it's so nice to see racism is still alive and kicking on CD.
