I got recently fired from a Pizza Hut store. Can I join another Pizza Hut store and start fresh?

Sure if you can convince the new manager to hire you. Odds are they will know your history so be prepared to have to overcome that.

Why were you fired?

I'm not sure if you need to apply online (and go through HR) or apply directly to the store (been years since I worked at such a place) Sometimes if you get fired you get placed on a "no hire" list at HR and your application will go straight in the trash can. I worked at a grocery store (that had a revolving door of managers) and saw a person get fired and rehired multiple times.

But it helps to know why you got fired, and how you can avoid being fired at the next job.

Fired for being late all the time and bull**** customer complaints. But I lived 30 minutes away and this new one is only 3 minutes away.

Being tardy on a constant basis is always grounds for termination. If you do it at the next Pizza Hut chances are 100% you will be fired again.

Yeah, no. That's in your file at corporate and the last thing they want is someone with this kind of attitude.

The problem was not me. I'm ALWAYS NICE, saying yes mam and yes sir. No dudes, buts, or anything of that sort. The problem was the people over the phone, there is not way it could be me. The only kind of problem there could of been is if I forgot something and he makes some kind of crap up like. "He said he'll be back in 15 minutes but it's been 30 minutes." Like, there is nothing to complain for.

Well, if that's what's written in your file, I don't know how you will get a chance to explain it. Maybe go in person and be honest.

Until you realize and accept it WAS you, you won't be able to hold a job down.
