Hello! I'm looking for a software that can help me keep track of the employee trainings in our company. I work in the HR department and a software like this would be helpful. Are there any software like this or would I need to have it made?

We use Plateau Systems, internet based software out of Arlington, Virginia. Probably not cost effective for less than 500-1000 employees.

How many employees?
Internal training or external training?
Do you want a fullblown LMS (Learning Mgmt System) or will a spreadsheet work?

Exactly, if you just want to track stuff, a spreadsheet would work. Even an MS Access database would do. Or do you want people to log into a system that administers and tracks their courses. That would be an undertaking unless you purchase an off-the-shelf product.

And are you in a regulated industry where trainings might be audited/inspected (for example by the FDA)?

+1, for any heavy lifting, a general purpose erm system (e.g.- open-erm) would probably need to be customized for your corporation.
