Like lets say leave the school district and work for lets say maybe a university or a superior court or maybe a county office or the FBI.
Is it wise to do this?
Is it wise to stay at a job you don't like because of some imaginary "benefit"? Besides all benefits only amount to a cash value. Get the cash and the benefits don't matter.

I've left four government jobs. One was for family and the other three were due to better opportunities. It's just like any job in any other sector, they expect people to move on for better opportunities.

There are some State Universities and Other School districts and also a county office that have jobs like mines and seem to pay much better than what I make now.
I was just curious I been at my place for quite a while now but I was just in fear if I left my government job for ANOTHER government job.

Sure, as long as you are advancing your career, and they are both in the same retirement system so you can keep building your pension. One of my employees is at her 3rd different public agency, but all are in the same PERS.
