Hey guys...maybe someone can help me out.

I applied for a job @ Mod cut. and the job interview will be on friday afternoon.

The company produces industrial machines...I've never worked for a company like that

I'm a little bit scared...what questions will they ask ?

I don't have any answers if they'll ask me "Why are you the right person for this job?".

First, research the employer and their industry online, find out who their competitors are and research them. If they are publicly traded read their annual report.

Ignore Glass Door as that isn't a good indicator of workplace culture.

An account manager could be a technical position dealing with customers or it could be more administrative. You need to re-read the recruitment announcement to figure that out. Either way your success at customer service will be very important, be prepared to address that.

Are you an after sales service account manager or sales account manager? It really depends on the description of the position. If your running sales as a manager, expect a lot of questions about your sales style and how you deal with issues with accounts, if it will include building more accounts expect to be asked about networking skills and past performance getting new prospects.
