Always alone.

I want all the responsibility for a project or non of it. There is no middle ground for me. I am an all or non sort of guy.

I prefer working for smaller companies ($5 million gross sales) where I can be in charge of me.

This is how I am right now, but don't get me wrong, it gets so boring at times.

Alone,

The more people involved, the bigger a cluster everything is. Then you have a bunch of armchair QBs and little to nothing getting accomplished.

The more managers, depts that get involved, the more dysfunctional everything gets. If its not broke, why fix it?

Its why corporate America is a mess and dysfunctional. Too many people involved in a process which should only take ONE person. But then it comes a problem of everyone needing to "justify" for their positions and as a result, implement crap that ultimately FAILS
